Service Description
Our photography studio features 11-foot ceilings and an open 25’ x 13’ layout with white walls and ceiling and a concrete floor, offering a clean, versatile space for a variety of shoots. The studio includes 9-foot-wide black or white seamless paper backdrops (If you need both please add as add on). No photography equipment is provided—guests must bring all necessary gear. The space offers alley access for natural light and easy load-in, bathroom access, a full-length mirror, two 6-foot tables, four chairs, and approximately 10 available outlets throughout the studio.
Cancellation Policy
Guests must be 18 years or older to book studio time. All bookings must be made in advance and are subject to availability. Cancellations are eligible for a refund only if requested by email to hello@chapter30studios.com at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session are non-refundable. Late arrivals do not extend booking time. Guests are responsible for bringing their own equipment and leaving the space in the condition it was found.
